Yogasanas and pranayama?

  • 1.what is the time limit for each asana? is it 1minute/2mts/or 3 mts

    2.Apart from doing diaphragmatic breathing, chest breathing and clavicular breathing exercises, is it enough to do alternate nostril breathing only without doing single nostril breathing Or do we have to do both ?
